About the event
On Saturday, we'll cross into Bluffton, SC by private charter for a guided visit at the Bluffton Gullah Cultural Heritage Center.
Meet local artisans and culture bearers preserving generations of craftsmanship, and experience the living traditions that keep the Lowcountry’s heritage alive. We’ll engage in hands-on workshops in sweetgrass basket weaving with Ms. Jennifaye Singleton and quilting with Heritage Quilter Lisa Moore. You’ll leave with a handcrafted keepsake as a lasting reminder of your time in the Lowcountry.
Then we’ll break for lunch catered by the famous Gullah restaurant, Ma Daisy's Porch.
